Hi everyone!

Have weird problem with my PC, well I have never encountered it previously. I have brought PC from work connected to internet via ethernet cable. Immediately noticed that connection is not stable some websites a loading normal, such as google, others do not load at all. This is strange since my other PC and PS4 works well with this cable.

So I tried to diagnose the problem, windows tells me its "your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding"

By this moment I have tried almost everything:
  • Tried to set fixed DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4);
  • reset my dns through cmp;
  • reinstalled network drivers;
  • reinstalled windows.

No luck, you are my last hope, what can be wrong with this machine?

Thanks in advance!

If you have done a windows install, then there isn't much to try except a Linux bootable USB. See if that can get internet.
Change the cable. You could have a cable problem.
Or there might be a hardware problem with the built-in network adapter. You could add an inexpensive PCIe NIC card.

Oh No, not ANOTHER can't connect problem. :)

Easy fixes first, don't automatically assume is cancer. Replicate same everything as PS4, same port, same cable blah-blah.

Old machine, old NIC may not be supported by W10.

At the end, buy a new W10 certified NIC, not expensive.
