True 4K Build

Was hoping you guys could hit me with some PC Build that can handle true 4k Gaming. I dont really want to just buy a pre build unless anyone can link me with a verified pre build system.

My budget is around £1300
Dont need a monitor

Obviously needs to be upgradable.

This should do for 4k in most current games at 60fps at ultra/high settings.

You will still need to factor in the cost of an OS if you don't already have one along with any peripherals.
