Trying to access Watch Guard Firebox XP2E6W

Hello all, I have the above unit and I'm having trouble accessing it. I have factory reset it. Following the manual, you connect it with a straight through cable and put your computer on:
IP 192.168.111.2
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.111.1

But it's not connecting. Any ideas?

Can you ping the device from your computer? Also, have you tried an alternate cable? Are you connected to one of the LAN ports on the firebox?

Had to factory reset a second time. Then I could visit the home page!
