Your current power supply is a very poor quality one, it seems this PC you bought only has a good graphics card and everything else is junk. You have to replace the power supply if you want your GTX 1060 and other components to last. This power supply is a good quality semi modular, and is very affordable.

Kind of odd for a FX 4300 to be paired with a GTX 1060 since it'll badly bottleneck it...

Best processor that motherboard can support is an FX 8350 which will still slightly bottleneck it..

An FX 8350 would cost about £120. I would recommend switching over to Intel as soon as possible, or waited for Ryzen 3 to come out and switch to that.

This is what i would recommend getting, the G4560 handle the GTX 1060 quite well with fast ram, and you have very good upgrade options down the road when you want more power. The AM3+ is a dead socket now, buying an FX 8350 is a waste of money.
