Trying to boot from usb in windows 10

After getting an infinite bsod loop and havig to reset my bios I finally got my pc to work properly but now I can't seem to get it to boot from usb to run the windows repair usb that I have. My motherboard is a msi 970 and there are multiple usb options in the boot orderbut I don't know wich one I have to choose.

There is of course the option to just wipe all my files but I'm trying to avoid having to wipe almost 1TB

Update: I have no clue how but I managed to get a systemfix or whatever it is in english going and it should get set back to a state from 2 days ago
