Question Trying to boot to Windows boot recovery USB

I created a USB from the Microsoft tool. When I try to boot to it I’m getting an error.:

Install driver to show hardware. A media driver your computer needs is missing.

USB drive: make, model, capacity?

Where did you get the "Microsoft tool"? Source URL?

Exactly when/where in the recovery process does the "Install driver" error appear?

More information needed.
