Trying to connect via Tenda router wirelessly

My Tenda router has been working fine for about a year then suddenly I try to log on and it tells me authentication problem, I tried to troubleshoot, I'm really not great with computers but it tells me the problem is it "wont accept connection" it says "The device or resource (web proxy) is not set up to accept connections on port "21320"." Why the sudden change of heart? and what should I do to make this right? it seems to work fine with the cable plugged in through the router, it just is not playing ball when I want to connect wirelessly. Solution is learn to read Chinese, there were some logon instructions I missed due to a language barrier, why it chose to suddenly do this is still however a mystery and may forever remain so.
