Hi all,

Does anyone know how I would go about contacting Chuck Dome the
sim-aircraft designer ?

I'd like to find out how I can permanently disable the auto-trim
function on a couple of his designs.

Thanks much,

If you do find out, let me know. He's been off the scene for some time
now.

I don't know about fs9, as I haven't gotten one of his autotrims lately.
I found for fs2k & 2k2 that all I had to do was delete the autotrim
gauge and the function was defeated. For those aircraft that really
needed a trim indicator of some sort, I just tossed in whatever other
trim gauge I had that I thought would graphically fit.

Sounds like that's what I'm after. I've never done it but I'll look at
the file and see if I can find it. You make it sound easy and I suppose
it is, if you know how. (I'm using FS2002)

Thanks much,

Have you tried either of these?

webmaster@fs2000.org (webmaster for Perfect Flight)

or

perfectflight2000@katamail.com

Maybe they can help you further...

Edit the panel.cfg file to either remove or comment out the "autotrim"
gauge...
