[SOLVED] Trying to decide which gou

PC specs
R7 3700x
B450 toma max
G skill trident z neo 3600 16gb
Nxzt 510 case
Ssd 500 860 evo
Corsair 750 w semi mod psu bronze

Thinking of getting 2070 super nvidia or a xfx amd 5700xt or the msi oc mech 5700xt. Can't go over 500. Just would like to know which is the better buy. Could always return the b450 for the x570 tuf gaming if the 4.o would help

RX 5700XT is the better value, but I if you run into issues with one of these cards, I would then suggest returning it and grabbing a 2070 Super instead.
Whether you run into problems or not almost seems to be luck based at this point.

4.0 does not change anything. In fact, only 2 gpus actually over-saturate PCIE 3.0 x8:
