Trying to edit boot options from F10 screen. What do I do next?

I can't do anything with my computer unless I can change boot options. I hit F10 and it looks like the right place, but I don't know what to do next. Help please. Dell desktop, Windows 7 home premium

WiFi internet connected. Not able to use Windows. The correct drive is not even a option when booting up, so even though I have Windows 7 on a disk and on a flash drive. I cannot use them
