Trying to find a 27" monitor

Hi there people, I need some help with selecting a 27" monitor for gaming but don't want to spend any more than £300

For this monitor, there is no support for G-sync even though the product description says there is

I personally go for ASUS as I know it as good quality. But if the two monitors are similar in features but one is cheaper, then I will pick that one. So I would probably go with the ACER one.
