[SOLVED] Trying to find a standard PCI raid card

Asus H97-m Plus PCi Raid Card
I have the Asus H97M-Plus motherboard. Looking to add a PCI card for 8 drives, but all I see is PICe cards. This board only has 2 PCI and 2 video slots. The board comes with raid built in but it won't be enough. Not trying to spend a lot of money,
 
Solution
Get an sas pcie controller--they can not only use sata drives but can also use faster and more reliable enterprise sas drives. And these controllers can be quite cheap too.

Then you should get a PCI-e raid card. The 16x slots in the system will accept 8x, 4x, 2x, and 1x cards. What drives do you have or are planning to use?
I am not sure yet. I have a lot of 3.5 1tb drives and 2.5 1tb drives . What to use them also for extra storage. Was looking at a 6 or 8tb nas drives and install the hot swap
