Trying to find out what's wrong with my headphones

My headphones aren't broken and nothing is wrong with them they use to work fine but now they only work when I plug them up to a charger and they are already fully charged. I don't know what to do

Make and model headphones?

Consider that the rechargeable battery has failed and is no longer charging up.

Perhaps the headphones need a replacement rechargeable battery.
