Trying to find usb ports.

My windows xp wont see usb devices or find them in device manager. I dont have inter net access. How do i reset factory settings?

XP does not have a factory reset option like win10 does. You will need to Restore your pc using the recovery disk set that came with it.
There is a chance that your pc has a recovery partition that you can access during bootup. A message will appear , at the same time as "Press Del to Enter Setup' message appears. It's usually one of the F keys.

What's the make and model# of the pc?
