Hello guys and girls
i have recently built a computer, The specs are:
Asus Prime z270 mobo
i7 7700k
G.skil 2x8gb tridents
Gtx 1070
Samsung evo 250gb ssd
750 psu

I am not a heavy gamer, and i don't really game graphic intensive games (mostly league cs and pubg). I have recently noticed i am what i think is artifacts/ shadowing while i play. What i"m trying to figure out is what is causing it. The thing is I do not think its my Gpu because when i use my integrated graphics i am still getting the artifacts/shadowing. What i have done is replaced gpu, power supply, fresh installed windows and is up to date, updated gpu drivers, placed games on to different drives, used different monitors, used different cables eg dvi, hdmi. After all the testing i am still getting the artifacts so was wondering if there is anything i need to test or do? This is really fustrating

Solution
Got any screenshots of it? If it happens across completely different graphics devices it is either nothing or your monitor. But since you said you switched monitors and cables too, that leaves us with nothing.

The only other possible cause is the games themselves or your graphics settings for the games.
