Question Trying to flash bios

I have built a new pc the everything is all put together. The motherboard is Msi z790 pro gaming Wi-Fi. I am using a fat32 usb drive which I also format to fat32 even though that’s what it is from the get go. Downloaded the lasted bios for my motherboard and renamed it MSI.ROM. I followed the video Msi posted entirely but my usb stops flashing after 2 or3 flashes. The Ian stayed solid red after. need to update because I have an i7 14th gen and it’s only compatable after and update. Does anyone have any ideas what happens?
