I just built a pc with ryzen 1700x, B350 gaming pro carbon, 16GB gskill ram.

I cannot for the life of me get the ram to run at the right speeds (3200). I turned on game boost and A-XMP and the DRAM settings say "adjusted dram freq 3200mhz". At the top where it says DDR speed it says 2133. In CPU-Z it tells me dram freq is 1066.4mhz. If anyone has done this on the msi carbon please guide me. Pictures of bios and cpu-z.

CPU-Z will always show half speed of your RAM, as for the overclock, try manual tuning.

Where do I go to manually adjust each setting? You think turn off A-XMP?

Same thing. Looks right in BIOS but it doesn't stick.

task manager says speed 2133MHz. Shouldn't manually adjusting things in the BIOS force the change?

Aslong as you save those settings yes they should always show in boot. I dont know of any RAM overclock software but if for some reason you have found ram overclock software, disable and uninstall that. If changes are not being seen then manually enter the speeds and settings you want into a specific profile on your mobo if supported then try again.
