This all started when I wanted to pre-order Overwatch for PC. I knew my system now would not be good enough, so I also knew I needed a new graphics card.

I looked inside my PC today for the first time to find out the Wattage on my system. Turns out it's a 350W power supply, still works but a bit on the lower side. I though I might be able to replace, but would be a huge hassle. Next, I saw the slot PCIEXPRESS x16 2.0
The problem here is the 2.0, no (really good) cards work for 2.0 unless you guys know, meaning I'd need a new motherboard as well. Huge problem. I'm not good with graphics cards so maybe that's a fine card slot, not even sure.

Is there a good graphics card that would work for my PC? It seems like getting a new computer would be the best option, but I'm not old enough yet to get a well paying job, perhaps I get $15 a month.
The motherboard is: GA-78LMT-S2PT
Thanks!

I would say you might be able to get away with a GTX750ti with your power supply, but a no-name brand power supply probably isn't the best thing to have a high load on it and is best to be avoided. Here are some choices from Newegg that have some decent rebates and promo codes.

Any graphics card will work just fine basically. The power supply is a bit of a problem.

You will need to specify a budget, and other details about your PC would be helpful. Screen resolution and desired framerate and settings would help narrow it down.

PCIe 2.0 @ x16 = PCIe 3.0 @ 8x and so on. The connection is the same, it is all about bandwidth. There isn't a card available on the market that would have trouble at PCIe 2.0 @ 16x.
