I am trying to get my Apple iPod Shuffle to mount on my Windows 10 Lenovo. iPhone syncs fine.
It seems no matter what I never have any drivers available in the device manager for Apple USB devices. This is after installing iTunes and iCloud using downloads direct from Apple.
I used the 7-Zip program as outlined here to extract the installers.
In such cases it may help to extract the individual components from the downloaded iTunesSetup.exe, itunes6464setup.exe or iTunes64Setup.exe file using a utility such as 7-Zip, then install the appropriate .msi file for the missing/outdated component.
I extracted the Apple Mobile Device Support msi and the Apple Application Support msi and copied them to the desktop. I then ran the installers which both completed successfully.
After a restart I still do not see any Apple related devices using the device manager?
