Trying to get at least 3ghz processor

Hi i have a 686 Amibios 1999 EK07 7591 trying to find out what processors are compatible so I can get 3ghz instead of the 1.6 I have now help

That is not real description of your computer. Can't tell which one it is but doubling of frequency of any processor is pretty well impossible whichever it is.
