Hello,
I have a infected laptop and I opened it,took the ssd out,and formatted it.
Now after that I have a USB with 3.0 to be exact, and I put ISO file, just ISO,clean ,workable ISO,and plug it into my empty laptop.
And the problem is,it showed,no bootable device.
Didn't matter what I tried,I put the ISO on the ssd,it showed the same thing.
Did I do something wrong?do I need to go into bios?and how do I get into BIOS?

Please help me!!!

Solution
NO take the flash drive you already have and plug it into a usb 2.0 on the computer. That's all you have to do. Make sure you use a usb 2.0 port on the motherboard (Back of the pc).
If your laptop has a uefi bios, you don't need to listen to all of these posts about making a "Bottable Installer" or "media creation tool". All you need to do is extract the iso to the root of the flash drive. I've done it MANY times with 7zip. Test for yourself gentlemen. Tell me what kind of laptop it is and ill give you instructions on how to boot to usb.

Well,no I have a ISO from god knows where,I had a back up ,but now I extract the file and it successfully went into win10 install.but now I'm stuck with one thing that tells me that I don't have any image.
To be exact,it said. No Images are available.
What does that mean??

Just use rufus to create bootable windows installation media (like any other normal person would do).
Simply extracting iso contents and copying to USB is not guarantied to work.

That means, your used method for windows installation media creation was a failure.
(something was not properly copied over)

Sgtscream,I agree with you.I think the ISO is broken or something.but ....I have win10,win7 and 8 and win10 red stone,lite,etc....I have ISO from friends I have around 5 ISO.every one of them I extract, and the same thing.am I missing like a driver or a hdd?ssd?

In that case, I'd humor the above posts in regards to using a bootable media tool. But I still think that isn't the problem. You got these ISO files form multiple friends or just one friend? Try booting those ISO's into a different computer/laptop.

The way you create installation USB is wrong. ISO image may contain files that are marked system or hidden. Simple file copy can miss those files and not copy them.

Why are you so stubborn in not using rufus?
That is simple and most elegant way of creating bootable usb media from ISO files.

I just bought a win10 and surprisely,it worked, and stopped again with the problem of device driver not found.
I searched Google as a person would do(lol) and I found out that one of the biggest problem is because the USB is plug into 3.0 and not 2.0 .But I tried both and no results.
And I found out that my USB is 3.0.does that matter?Or that could be the problem;
