Reaching out simply because majority of the cases relating to this issue go unsolved. I currently am using both iCUE and MSI Center to control my RGB and I only need MSI for the memory cards RAM and motherboard, but the mystic light feature comes and goes and my lighting settings reset almost daily on my motherboard. My question is how to get mystic light to a) show up in MSI Center (yes it is installed) and what am I missing that is causing just my motherboard RGB to be so inconsistent? iCUE has no issues and my MSI center settings are set to NOT override 3rd party software in regards to mystic light (last time it showed up in my MSI Center). I see forums on this from 5 years ago with little help. Any one have any suggestions?

Side note: there is a BIOS update on MSI Center but I didn't think a bios update was necessary just for RGB so I did not install it.

EDIT: I did see after a scan that there is a LED FW Update on MSI Center, but it is asking me to remove all JARGB_V2 cables before installing. Thought I would reach out to community first before installing in case there is a more simple explanation. Plus I wasn't sure if it was just referring to the JRGB1 and JRBG2 plugs on my motherboard or additional wires? UPDATED*

Its just RGB I know.

Just can't afford to cook a mobo right now.

Thanks for any help,

SlyGuy

MSI Center 2.0.6.0

doesn't seem to see Mystic light. It disappeared on me after upgrading and also isn't there if I uninstall everything and install 2.0.6.0

directly.

I've had to resort to installing MSI center 1.0.4.0

and then add the Mystic Light app there.

Upgrade to 2.0.6.0

and also do the MSI SDK upgrade when prompted (if you don't it's very glitchy).

Mystic Light will not appear under installed or installable but if you click on the features menu at the top (see screen capture at attached link) it is there and can be accessed. I have also noticed that if you install other components you need to reboot the PC afterward. Otherwise things will either hang or open something else.
I played around...

I played around with this for 2 hours installing in different scenarios before finding something that worked. Hope it will help others and isn't just a glitch that works on my end.
