[SOLVED] Trying to overclock i5 6600k but it wont go over 39

I have an Asus H170 pro gaming motherboard and when I try to overclock my i5 6600k it limits itself to 39 on the core ratio. It will not go higher than that. If I type 50 it goes back to 39 if I type 35 it changes to 35 so I know its working. I have it set to 39 and it wont go higher than that. I was wanting to push it to 45 but am unable to. I have voltage on auto as well

Both a K cpu and a Z motherboard are required to overclock the cpu.
It used to be possible on older Z mobos, but through the combined efforts of Intel and Microsoft, that was patched out.
