Trying to remove Wireless PCI card from motherboard

I'm trying to remove my wireless PCI card from the motherboard but It won't come out, I removed the screw on the back of the case which was holding it in place which loosened it a bit but it won't come out and I don't want to put to hard on it because I don't want to break the PCI port. Any suggestions?

First Remove Your graphics card Out Then your PCIE Wi-Fi card.
