Question trying to set up lan with utp cable and 8 port switchs

hello all respected readers im trying to fix an issue over lan network useing 3560 switch for uplink and its rj 45 are line up with few 8 ports non managed switchs problem which facing is that now user dont get the proper bandwidth speed every port of main switch is having 20 t0 25 ueser with pkg plan of 3mbps to 10mbps trafic on one port is less then 50mbps where i should work to solve this

That switch is rather old and cisco has declared it end of life. It only has 10/100 ports so that maybe you limit.

My read of the OP was a traffic shaping question, but I am not sure.

Your issue really isn't clear. And you don't list the exact model. There were several versions of the 3560 with different port configurations by the looks of it.
