Question Trying to upgrade my graphics card to a MSI R9390 GAMING 8G but not sure if my pc will handle it?

im very new to the pc gaming but i know i need a new graphics card to have better performance on my games. im just not sure if my pc will run with this new graphics card that i have my eye on. my current graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030. Can anyone help me to make sure i am making the right decision before i make this purchase? thanks in advance
