Hey there. I've got a rather low budget (of $350) but I'd still like to upgrade my build.

My current PC:
i5-4670
16GB RAM (ddr3)
GT 1030
z97 motherboard

What I am able to get with $350:
i5-10400F
RTX2060
B560M motherboard

Is this decent for gaming? (I've been told that the i5-11400 outperforms the 10400F but I am currently unable to afford it.)
I would just like to stream and record in 1080p, >60fps. Thanks.

Got a psu that can handle the new gpu?

What kinds of games do you play?
If you play fast action games, upgrade to the 2080 first and see how you do.
You will need a quality 550w psu:

OTOH, if you play cpu centric games like sims, strategy and mmo, then you may well be more cpu limited and a cpu upgrade would come first.
Try this simple test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

Modern processors are going to need DDR4 ram so add that to your budget.
If you want to both stream and game, you may want 32gb.
