Trying to upgrade to windows 10 fails

When upgrading to W10 it failes. W10 can't get the source disk. I think it's baecause i have already moved my W7 from the HDD to a ssd disk using Samsung migration program deliverd with the ssd disk. Any suggetions how to fix it?

Is the Windows 7 installation showing as activated in the control panel "System" properties? If so, I'd simply download and create installation media, then upgrade by running the installation and choosing the "keep my files, folders and settings" option.
