TSMC seems to have optimistic projections about demand for AMD's Instinct MI300-series APUs and GPUs.

This essentially suggests that demand for AMD’s next-generation compute GPU will be half of Nvidia's shipments of CoWoS-equipped GPUs, which is a very optimistic expectation as today Nvidia commands over 90% of the compute GPU market due to the dominance of its CUDA software stack among AI and HPC developers

It's worth noting that Nvidia only have a handful of CoWoS (CoWoS-S) products on sale: the HBM equipped A100 and H100 chips. AMD themselves have a noticeable chunk of TSMC's CoWoS output... as part of Xilinx FPGA production, which dwarfs their current MI-based CoWoS output.
