Tuf plus gaming or prime-a or asrock?

Hi!I'm building a new pc with an 8700k and i bought the Asus tuf plus gaming.
The problem is, i'm not sure the mobo is good enough for light/mild overclocking.Some people say they can reach 5 ghz with this board without problems and other say that the 4+2 VRMs are not enough.

I still can return the mobo, add 25 more euros and buy z370 prime a or asrock extreme 4.Are they really worth it?I've read that asrock has not a very good support and that their mobos are vfm but somehow unreliable.

Both are good picks but I would say the Extreme4 have better power components (VRMs) . Probably if you going to overclock to be the better option.
