So I managed to grab a Asus Turbo GTX 1080 Reference card on Ebay for $275. It was mined on for less than a year. I'm wondering if there are any other good cooking solutions like a watercooler or if I can rig a Strix cooler on it
Plenty of water or air coolers for a reference 1080. EK makes excellent water blocks and the arctic accelero is a decent air cooler. The Strix PCB is quite a bit different than the nvidia reference PCB, so no I highly doubt a strix cooler would fit on that card.
