[SOLVED] Turn or not to turn these options in UEFI ?

Hello,
I recently found these options in my mobo UEFI and I'm wondering if its safe to turn it on ? I mean these options provided on screens like "Advanced turbo/ load optimized..." and "Multi Core enchancement".

Providing my PC setup:

Asrock z370 extreme4 mobo,
i7 8700k + Thermalright Macho Rev. B fan,
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4, 2x8GB, 3000MHz,
SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 650W (SSR-650FX),
Case be quiet!PURE BASE 600 Window Orange,
GPU Rtx 2080 Gaming Trio X,

Those setting are for overclocking, go ahead and turn on advanced turbo and CPU or GPU, I like to do 1 thing at a time. if you blue screen then turn off. Read you MB manual to see what core enhancements are and decide if you want to run them.
