Turned off pc while updating driver

Everytime it loads, it comes up with random letters (like matrix)

Restart your PC and mash the F8 key while its starting before you see a windows logo, the advanced boot options menu should open, select safe mode and try to boot give it a minute, if it boots go into control panel and see if you can uninstall the driver, if you can uninstall it, restart without safe mode, reinstall the driver and try not to shut down your pc this time lol.
