Title says it all. I screwed out the whole motherboard and power supply and cleaned it of all dust to see if that was the problem and resat everything and im still getting black screen. The ram and all other things work in my other pc so thats not the problem. I need this one to work as it is 10000% better then the other prehistoric one I have. One weird thing that happens is the mouse gets power(the red light goes on) but the keyboard does not? I reset CMOS aswell, changed the battery. I cant even boot into the BIOS because nothing shows up its just a black screen and once again a weird thing is the mouse will get power and not the keyboard.

Solution
It might be the power supply if it can only power 1 usb at a time and won't show anything on the screen, it might not have the power needed to run everything
