Turning on computer without case

Hello, I recently took my computer out of its case to install a new cooler and to admire my GPU (Yes, this is true, nVIDIA reference coolers look very nice)

I was wondering how do I short those pins with a screwdriver? Do I just place it across or is there some other way?

Yeah you just place it across the two pins so there is a bridge between them. Once it powers on take the screw driver away.
