Question Turning on the LG C2 TV causes the other monitor to lose its signal ?

Been plagued with this for a long time, it randomly stopped doing this once even thought it still blinked black for a sec, after installing new drivers the problem is back.

Have 2 monitors with DP and the hdmi straight into the tv, earc hdmi from tv to receiver (bitstream passthrough).

After much trial and error i narrowed it down to the High definition audio controller for the hdmi, if i disable it in device manager and turn on the tv (just turning it on, not enabled in windows) there is no black screen, not even a blink, but im also left without sound. Turning the hd controller back on and monitor 1 loses signal as soon as turn on the tv (again, just on, not enabled in windows), ctrl shift win b makes the monitor come back but doesnt solve the underlying issue.

Using 2 Kabeldirekt certified ultra high speed 2.1 hdmi 10ft cables (monitor in question and from gpu to tv), ordered 2 Zeskris (eu version of the zeskit) which will arrive tomorrow, not getting my hopes up though.

Using the latest drivers (ddu safe mode) and windows is updated, older drivers have the same issue.

Specs:
  • AMD 7800X3D
  • Gigabyte 4090
  • Asrock x670E Steel Legend
  • 32GB gSkill DDR5-6000 cl30
  • FSP Hydro Ti Pro 1000W
  • Denon x3700H receiver

Tried disabling Displayfusion since im using it for monitor profiles, no change, thought it could be because of the hd audio driver that wasnt installed with nvidia since im using nvcleaninstall, so i did, no change.

Yesterday it worked for some reason without issues, somehow my LG was set to disabled in the playback devices even though i still got audio when enabling the screen in windows, enabled it in the playback devices and showed up with just the tv on (no desktop) even after multiple shutdowns and boots, no black screen signal loss, not even a blink.

Today after a nights sleep it shows unplugged with the tv on but only becomes active when i enable the tv in windows and offcourse brought back the issue.

Really hope this is a cable issue.

Good morning .
before all actions.
1)You must be sure to choose with the remote control... the tv option Where you connect PC to TV... AND not pc to hdmi.
So choose PC from the TV menu
.................................
2)The second Note.. You must Be Sure that Your TV PC Receiver Installation... is Apply with the same level of HDMI..
Your PC's Graphics Card Requires Two Technologies of HDMI Devices..
1.4a*3
2.1a*1
........
2) So the receiver and the TV must have an HDMI 2.1a*1 cable communication... Sometimes 2.1 Serie Hdmi is Workable.
............
3) After these checks
You Need to follow the following steps According to these links..

If the Windows 8, 10, 11 Configuration guide does not give results:
try the Adjustment and configuration method Published in

it also works for windows 8,10,11

Good luck
