TV cut off half the screen?

I have connect the HDMI from the GPU and TV and then when I powered on it comes up with half cut off screen. How do I fix it? (I haven't installed any drivers).

Also it continuously beeps when I turn it on anybody know why?

I can't find anything like overscan?

It's a tv setting, not a computer setting. Grab your remote, hit menu, go to the picture, and look for overscan. Might be in advanced section.

Also, you do have up to date drivers for your graphics card, right? And set the right resolution like 720p or 1080p?

I haven't installed no drivers yet... Also I can't I haven't installed OS.

When I try and load drivers on USB with boot up it said 'bootmgr is missing' why?

Are you trying to run a live cd or something? Why not install OS first, then updates & drivers, then worry about the tv stuff?
