I’m not aware of any TV that has the higher than 60Hz refresh rate and will also accept an input higher than 60Hz. The extra frames are inserted by the TV and not the video source. You cannot compare high Hz TV’s and monitors in the same way.

Well, the product description says "120Hz Effective Refresh Rate", no mention of real refresh rate. More annoying can be having high lag.
If you want to game on a TV choose one with gaming mode and certified low latency/ low lag times. Here is a data base:

If you select the tech specs section in the link below for the TV it says 60hz. Furthermore, any 1080p TV for a $200 MSRP is going to have 60hz refresh. Most TVs, even a lot of high end TVs, only have 60hz. All of the other claims of 120hz is just fancy marketing BS.
