TV not detecting PC GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 470

My PC will not be detected by my TV, I just built it making sure not to in any way expose it to static electricity. The CPU: AMD FX 6300, Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P rev 2.0, GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 470 GDDR5 PCI-E, and RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3. I notice all the fans are spinning expcept the GPU's. The Tv says there's no signal. I really hope to resolve this isssue.
