TV stuck at 24hz but it says it's 60hz

My Samsung TV is stuck at 24hz while using my computer, but the info on the remote says it's running at 60hz but it doesn't look like it, i tried messing with Catalyst and windows settings but had no luck.

It's a Samsung Series 5 550 Full HD, the cards are 2 AMD Radeon 6870 connected via crossfire, the TV is connected to the main Radeon via HDMI since the motherboard doesn't has a HDMI slot.

Oh god it got worse, now the TV is showing while pixels all over the screen.

By "messing with Catalyst and windows settings" you mean right click on the desktop, goto screen resolution / advanced settings / list all modes and select the 1920*1080/60Hz there?

Yeah i tried that but didn't work, also trying going to screen resolution and try detecting, didn't work too

I tried it and the white pixels were gone, so the problem is the HDMI cable, but it's still stuck at 24hz, what could be causing that ?

Still stuck at 24hz, not sure if windows is causing that or something else.
