So today after playing 2-3 hours with my new gpu I noticed that it runs pretty hot. It's Sapphire Nitro+ model, and temperatures were in 70-75 range while hot spot was 85-90.
I rised up fan speed in amd software and got some good improvement. New temperature doesn't go above 65 degrees and 80 degrees in hot spot. I was suprised that I got around 7-8 less degrees with modest tweak,
I'm posting screenshots of before and after:

I have 2 questions,
are these temperature values under the fan speed in amd software normal temps and not the hot spot/junction ones?

Am I fine to leave it like this longterm, it won't affect longetivity of fans?

I can live with those new temps and it's just a little noisier than before.

Solution
if you do not have adequate cool air being pulled into your system then your GPU cannot make use of higher fan speeds.
it has to have some source of lower temperature air to make use of to lower it's own temperatures.
