[SOLVED] tweaks for handicapped accessibility?

My wife has multiple sclerosis and has use of only one hand which is weak. SHe also ahs some vision issues. Typing (for example) control-alt-delete to log in to her work laptop is challenging.

Can anyone suggest any tweaks (or links to tweaks) for windows to improve accessability? We already have increased the curson size to ridiculous but haven't played with sticky keys/key shortcuts.

As for your keyboard query, to allow for less keypresses, perhaps look into a macro pad, like this one;

but you should look into linear switches with light springs since you mention her hands can't exert as much pressure(which tactile and clicky switches actually need.
