Twitch/Game on one PC

Power Supply: EVGA 1000 Watt
CPU: i7 7000t, 2.8Ghz, turbo boost to around 3.6 usually
GPU: EVGA 1080Ti Hybrid 2.0
Corsair Hydro 100 vz heat sink
Msi 299 gaming MB
plenty of case fans and one after market
1000TB samsung evo 900 series
But the question is can it handle for me to stream and game at the same time. and possibly at what thresholds?

It should be able to do some gaming and streaming. But if you haven't bought the parts yet then you should get AMD Ryzen for better multitasking. Also, get the 7700k i dont even know what the 7000t is...

yes, will do fine, the cpu has 8 threads, good amount for streaming.
