Hey I'm from New Zealand, and my older brother is interested in me building him a Gaming/Productivity PC. His budget is $2000 NZD so I put together two various builds. He's going to be gaming at 1080p, and wants high fps in games such as LoL, Runescape, Overwatch, Fortnite, Pubg, GTA V, Farcry 4 etc. He also does a little bit of video editing and music producing - not heavy, but does a fair amount, and wants to stream/listen to music and videos. Which build is better?

So different (more expensive) case and cheaper psu for a extra cooler? Wouldn't Intel's suffice well? It does seem reliable though, might consider this, just want to here your thoughts on why the change. Thanks! :)
