I have two pcs on my lan. Mine and my brothers.
The problem occurs when we want to play csgo on the same server. (it does not happen when we play on different ones)
On random time intervals, we get disconnected at the same time. Not only from the games server, but from the entire internet.
What could be the problem?

Solution
My thoughts and suggestions:

DHCP is not enabled per the second image for Host Name magzzy124.

The Lease Expiration date in year 2158 is unexpected and likely problematic. Change the router's DHCP IP lease time range to be 7 days or so. Noted a "Custom" Lease Time Mode configuration setting.

The Host Names are magzzy124 and magzy124. Although different, having such similar names suggests that there may be potential typos involved elsewhere within your device and network configurations. If those very similar host names are intentional then double check that anywhere you used the host names that the correct/intended host name was used. Doublecheck MAC addresses as well.

Remove the DHCP bindings - there should not be...

If the problem only happens when playing on the same server there may be some conflict being created. Being otherwise unable to resolve the conflict the server may simply boot both players/anyone involved in the conflict. Likely some function within the CSGO servers.

Just play on separate servers.

= = = =

Each of you need to check your respective pcs for error codes and warnings that may be being captured when you get disconnected.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer.

= = = =

What make and model router (or modem/router if combo) do you have?

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue? Especially if you are both disconnected from the entire internet.

Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.

No sure about csgo but some games have issues when you try 2 machines into the same server. Sometimes it is related to UPnP getting confused. Not sure this is more related to games that only use fixed ports.

How do you know the internet goes down. What do you do to "fix" it. Are other devices affected in addition to these 2 machines or just the 2 machines playing the game.

There are some service errors in event viewer that I will try to fix.
My router model is:
ZXHN H168N V3.1

And here is the log file, one thing I noticed is that msntp service(or whatever it is) in the logs kept "dying".

I also read that UPnP is maybe the problem, but I dont know how to fix or check that... I know that internet on both pcs goes down because I also lose connection on my discord,
which we use to communicate. I am not sure if other devices are getting disconnected because the disconnect problem only lasts about 10 seconds, then the internet comes back.

Cannot get the txt to open and not going to download it.

Copy a representative section of the captured errors from the log file and paste in a post.

A couple of immediate thoughts;

As for "msntp" I am not sure about how it may or may not be involved regarding "dying". What is the specific wording of the errors in the error log?

Are you certain that that is indeed the service?

Check the system times and dates on both your pc and your brother's pc. Are the times and dates identical? Where are the pc's getting their time and date information?

One msntp (?) link that I read seemed to involve time checking. Linux was also involved: you are not using Linux - correct?

That said, another reason could be corrupted files.

Try running "sfc /scannow" and "dism".

How current are those log results?

Date shown is March 27, 2022.

Some of the entries refer/involve time.

For example:

"2022-03-27T16:20:33Z [Notice] Msntp synchronized localtime success!dwTimeOffset=-1
current time is Sun Mar 27 14:20:33 2022 "

In the router's admin screens are there any windows that include fields to manually set time and date or obtain time and date from another source?

What is the current configuration?

The router should have the correct time and date or be getting the time and date from a source that is correct.

= = = =

Also IPv6. If your ISP does not provide IPv6 then disable it. Or, if IPv6 is available , just disable temporarily for troubleshooting purposes.

They are from 27th of march. Getting logs on my router is quite tricky, so I was not willing to do it again. Not to mention that I was going to get another ban in the game.
But the time interval in those logs is when I got disconnected.
This link shows the sntp configuration, which is the closest thing to time settings I found: https://ibb.co/w4vXcFv
I will disable ipv6 if I can find the options. Thanks!

This is where it is going to be very important to see if other devices are being affected.
Try to leave a constant ping run to say 8.8.8.8 on a different device so you can quickly check to see if it too sees a outage when the games do.

You log may or may not mean much. From what I can tell it does show the internet link going down a couple times. This would affect every device in your house and has nothing to do with what game is being played.

And I will ask what is making getting the router's logs tricky or otherwise difficult?

On your pc run "ipconfig /all" without quotes via the Command Prompt.

Post the full results.

We may need to do the same from your brother's pc.
I cannot make the log file, I have to stay signed in my local gateway for it to log the errors.
And it logs me out after a certain time due to security reasons, I guess.
Here are the images you asked for:
https://ibb.co/dg1Jg3h

I've set static ip adresses because some people said that might have been the issue.

I had to install an application on my android phone to ping 8.8.8.8. Because I have no more pcs.
These are the results:
4 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=254 ttl=118 time=39.2 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=257 ttl=118 time=42.5 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=258 ttl=118 time=36.1 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=260 ttl=118 time=35.9 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=261 ttl=118 time=24.0 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=263 ttl=118 time=73.0 ms
From 192.168.1.1: icmp_seq=267 Packet filtered
From 192.168.1.1: icmp_seq=268 Packet filtered
From 192.168.1.1: icmp_seq=269 Packet filtered
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=271 ttl=118 time=65.1 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=272 ttl=118 time=19.1 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=273 ttl=118 time=34.0 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=274 ttl=118 time=34.9 ms

The disconnect happened where it said packet filtered.

Noted the ipconfig information but deleted the link because the website was pushing ads for adult oriented cartoon entertainment - not suitable for a family friendly forum.

Please re-post the "ipconfig" results using imgur (www.imgur.com).

Be sure to run and show the full results of "ipconfig /all" for both pcs.

= = = =

ipconfig revealed that the router's IP address is 192.168.1.1 (commonly used) with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 which is normal for most home networks.

The router assigned your computer a DHCP IP address of 192.168.1.12 likewise within expectations but is controllable by the router's admin person. I.e., the allowed range available DHCP IP addresses.

The DNS Server was configured to be 1.1.1.1.

You should not be using static IP addresses unless there is a specific requirement to do so. Static IP's are normally set up for printers, network storage, and other devices whose IP addresses should not change. The router's admin person has the necessary rights.

This is not normal:

"I cannot make the log file, I have to stay signed in my local gateway for it to log the errors.
And it logs me out after a certain time due to security reasons, I guess. "

If you are able to log into the router as admin then there should be no problems viewing the log file.

As an option: log into the router and look for the DHCP configuration page.

Do a screen capture of that page and post accordingly.

Ok, here are the pictures of cmd info, how my log management options and dhcp options look like. DHCP binding is where I set my static ip addresses.
And I actually found out, thanks to bill001g, that all of my internet devices get disconnected when we both play the game...

Remove the DHCP bindings - there should not be any need for bindings. Let DHCP IP do the work of keeping track of network device IP assignments.

Change the router's allowed DHCP IP address range from 192.168.1.2 - 192,168.1.254 to [Start] 192.168.1.10 - [End]192.168.1.19 thus providing 10 (ten) available DHCP IP addresses for network devices.

Also change the DNS Servers addresses from 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google) unless there are specific known reasons for using 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

As for the logs, the setting is currently set to "Informational". Change the settings to "All" or some equivalent option so errors will be captured and logged.

Turn off Remote Log. Not necessary.

All in all, it appears that the root problem is configuration related. Hopefully a bit of "house cleaning" such as the above will help sort things out.

And there may be other ideas and suggestions made as well. I have no problems with that.

Solution
I am not 100% sure what that ping message really means on andriod stuff. Why can't they just be like linux that they are based on.

My guess is the router is telling the phone it does not have a route to 8.8.8.8 which generally means the internet is down. I guess the good things about this message is you know that the phone can talk to the router since it received these messages. This means the failure is past the router. Also for the router to actually know
that the internet down would mean that it is the actual connection to your house dropping. For many people the connection between say the modem and the router stays up even though no data can actually pass. If your router has the modem built in and especially if it is a DSL connection this really looks like it is problem with the final connection between your house and the ISP.

This kinda confirms what you see in the router log.

Although these are really hard for the ISP to fix I would call them and have them check. Maybe they will find values that are out of spec , it is going to be tricky if everything is good and they are getting random outages for them to see the problem. You would have to have it fail while you were talking to them.
This is hope you get a tech who is willing to work with you. Best if you could find a way to show loss from a normal ping on a regular PC. They will trust this much more than numbers from some video game. The ping from the adroid device should be enough but this really depends on how lucky you get when you call the ISP, some techs I think a AI bot could read the script better.

Like you said, enabling dhcp on my pc fixed the problem! Thanks!
