Two Core CPU, Only 1 Active

My Core i3 4160 is showing 1 gpu graph in task manger, and showing 1 core & 1 thread in CPUZ can any body tell me why its happening ?

If you right click the graph and choose Change Graph to > Logical Processes does that fix it?
