Running an FX-4300, on a 970 chipset mobo.

Not exactly competent with this, so struggling to figure out why there are two different temps being displayed?

Browsed the forum before hand, but nothing clarified this for me.

Any info appreciated, thanks.

CPU 0 is the core temp(s). CPU 0 Package is suppose to be the sensor in the heat shield, but AMD does theirs different. As you can see, it is always the same as CPU 0. Apparently reading the same sensor (BIOS output) twice and reporting it as another temp. HWMon is a generic pgm that tries to make sense out of a myriad of different motherboards from old ones to new ones. There will be some "oddities" in their display sometimes. I have no idea what the pgm is reading for CPU and CPU.
