Two different cards, for two independent monitors

My specs:
MB: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: GTX 1060

At this time, i have 1 monitor on GTX 1060, but i want second monitor not for gaming only to see desktop in games without using Win key. But my spare monitor is VGA only and GTX 1060 do not support analog. But i have GT 740 so, can i have to monitors and game only at one of them and can i go with mouse between them ? And will my 650W PSU take it ?

yes you can use 2 monitors with each from different graphics card
