Two different graphics cards without driver

I have an nvdia 9500gs that is running two monitors and I recently bought an older ATI FireMV 2200 Dual vga card to add a third monitor. Because I am using windows 8.1 and soon windows 10, there are no drivers avalable for the ati card. If I power on the system without the nvidia card it will work for the one monitor that is connected to the ati card. The problem is if i also connect the nvidia card, only the two monitors connected to that card work. I am trying to get windows to load it's basic vga drivers for the ati card while both cards are installed. I know it is kind of a strange situation, but i hope i can find a solution.

I can't really help you here but I just came to say that those are two of the most outdated cards, I don't know what you do on them but I really suggest getting a new card while I look into your problem.
