[SOLVED] Two Different Graphics Cards

Hello everyone, I have a question.

First of all, here are my specs:
Моtherboard AMD X570 AM4
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
RAM 32GB 2x16GB DDR4 3200MHz
GeForce RTX 2070 OC 8GB GDDR5
PSU 700W RealPower
Cooler Master Universal
HDD 1TB SATA3
SSD 240GB M.2 NVMe

Seeing as I don't have any onboard integrated graphics, I wanted to purchase a cheap graphic card that would allow me to focus on work-related issues while I use my main one (mentioned above) for gaming.

Is it possible to have two different cards and use two monitors, will they function normally? I am having a few doubts as to whether it is a 100% doable so it'll be great if someone confirms this, thanks.

I have 2 GPUs. I have a Z390 motherboard with an i7-9700k. I run a RTX 2060 KO in the top slot and a RTX 2080 Founder's Edition in the slot below it.

What you are talking about should work just fine. If it were me, I'd get something like a 1650 super, although just about anything would probably work ok for your purposes.
That RTX is already strong enough combined with the work - game youre going to do, and i wouldn't recommend mixing gpus as it will not give any performance increase also the rtx have 4 slot for display. Just plug them and set them up.
But I'm seeing massive improvement on FIFA (for example) when I unplug the second monitor from my RTX. Also, today my main monitor display randomly blacked out and came back in a second.
Wouldn't it be better to use a cheaper card for my other display and let this one focus on gaming? Is it possible?

it is possible, you could try that since 2 diff gpu wont give any performance increase (cause no sli or nvlink)
So with my configuration, it's perfectly possible to use a cheaper card for my second display, right?
I'm a bit of a novice so I'm looking for a bit of guidance.
Also, I'm not looking for performance increase, simply to separate these two displays.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I was thinking something like GT710/20/30 for the work related tasks and office apps. Will that work? And do I need to worry about power consumption? I read that GT 700 series are actually really modest consumers (19w)?
